Who is RK Mediation?

Carmen Reyes-Wolfe, J.D.

I M Carmen. I am a law graduate, mediator, writer, public speaker and coach. My passion is serving people by facilitating conversations between them and giving them the tools to solve conflict on their own, in an attempt to have a lasting impact on individuals' lives. I believe mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution are life skills that everyone should have open access to.

How long does a mediation process take?

The duration of mediation varies depending on the complexity of the issues involved, but it is generally quicker than going to court.

What types of disputes can be mediated?

Mediation can be used for various types of disputes, including family, business, employment, and environmental conflicts.

Do I need a lawyer for mediation?

While you may have a lawyer present during mediation, it is not required, as the process is designed for parties to communicate directly.

How much does mediation cost?

RK Mediation charges a standard hourly rate of $75/hour, with a three-hour minimum. Every hour thereafter costs $75.00.
